I have my birthday coming up on July 2nd and I’ll be turning 39. I have no shame mentioning my age or that I’m enjoying my sprigs of gray hair. I’m overcome with ideas and purpose! I keep asking, “What's next?” I feel empowered as a woman and I’d like to pass that feeling along!


Self Acceptance

Maybe we have a few gray hairs, or a bit of cellulite. I have wiggly and jiggly parts too! I am proud of my body because it has carried me through all of life’s changes. The benefit of my thirties is, I’ve been through some hard stuff and it taught me how to be fearless. I refuse to beat myself up for being me.


Health is Wealth

I was taught, from a very young age, health is freedom. It allows you to pursue your dreams in life, without restrictions. This is the happiest time of my life because of the choices I made when I was younger. The time to look after yourself is NOW!


Positive Attitude

A healthy state of mind begins and ends with you. Making choices about your wellness start with small steps. Make time for things which are important and YOU should be at the top of the list!


Follow Your Happiness 

Your happiness is important, so if you have a dream, follow it. Life is too short, consequently, putting yourself first once in a while is less selfless and more practical. It affords a better quality of life for you and, as a result, those around you.
