Summer arrived on June 20th at 10:20 p.m. and the evening was so beautiful, just like a June evening should be. Well today Sunday is so hot with a temperature of at least 32. It had to get hot so the corn could grow to be knee high by July 1st.

Were you there? The village of Utica was a place to be on Sunday afternoon to be enlightened about some of the first families to settle here, namely The Christie, McKercher and Munro families. The Village was originally named McKercher Corner. Some very interesting artifacts were on display for viewing too.

Church this Sunday is at Epsom United Church, at 10:30 a.m., with a welcome awaiting you. Stay for fellowship too.
