I hope your Victoria Day weekend wasn’t a disappointment because of the rain and cooler temperatures we experienced along with our first real thunder and lightening show.

As I write this the Toronto Maple Leafs are gunning to win game 7 against the Florida Panthers and advance toward a Stanley Cup…OOPS. Didn’t happen again.

The celebration of life for Shirley Anderson Chilton will be held at Epsom Church on Saturday. May 24th from 1 to 4 p.m. Our love and sympathy go out to all her family and friends.

The Pine Grove Spring Church Service is this Sunday, May 25th at 3 p.m. The service will be lead by The Reflections and Brian Evans. This group of three men share their beautiful harmonies and love of God through every note.

A Memorial cemetery service at Breadaldane Presbyterian Church in Utica will be celebrated on Sunday, June 1st, at 2:30 p.m. with Rev. Robert Kennedy presiding.

Remember there is no church service for the Utica Cemetery Decoration Day, which is June 8th. Pat Kerry is the treasurer and as such is available to accept donations for the upkeep of the grounds. Bring your flowers to beautify the grave sites.

Church at Epsom United Church is Sunday, May 25th, at 10:30 a.m. Fellowship to follow the worship.
