BLACKSTOCK by Tammy Phillips

I hope everyone had an enjoyable Labour Day weekend. This week marks back-to-school official with staggered starts for in-person classes and as well as DDSB@Home for virtual learners. Regardless, school’s start will certainly be different and an adjustment for all students, parents, and education staff. Let’s each do our part and what is within our ability to keep our community safe. Durham Student Transportation Services (DSTS) school bus services begin September 14th. Blackstock Co-op Nursery School, Blackstock-Nestleton United Church and Blackstock Minor Hockey League continue to work closely with families, members and the township to determine re-opening and start dates. Please email news and items for consideration to: link2tammy@gmail.com by 12 noon on the Monday prior to publication date.
