WindReach Farm turns 30!!

DURHAM: WindReach Farm Foundation is excited to present WindReach Farm’s annual fundraising event A Night at WindReach Farm, celebrating 30 years of providing impactful programs and services to those with physical, emotional and intellectual disabilities. Presented again this year by Mark Cullen/Home Hardware along with Frank Snyder Construction, this special event takes place on Saturday, September 21st at 5:00pm in our Alexander Mitchell Equestrian Centre.

We are delighted to have The Dan Clancy Band perform this year. Dan is the lead singer of 4- time Juno award winning band Lighthouse. He has been entertaining audiences across Canada for over 30 years with his robust and full-ranged voice and dynamic stage presence.

Opening the night will be Durham’s own Highland Creek Pipe Band, led by Glenn Healy. Glenn played as a goaltender in the NHL for 15 years for the Los Angeles Kings, New York Islanders, New York Rangers and the Toronto Maple Leafs. Glenn will continue the evening as our Emcee bringing his sense of humour and graciousness to entertain us all evening.

Last year we hosted over 400 guests, we hope to do the same this year. Returning sponsors include; Mason Bennett Johncox, Uxbridge Motorsports Marine, Rutledge Jewellers, James Campbell Insurance, Uxbridge Nurseries, TD, OPG, Bell, Ontario Tech U, Durham College and Durham Regional Police Services Board, to name a few. All funds raised this evening support the programs and services provided by WindReach Farm.

Among other activities include live and silent auctions and a few surprises. This is not your typical gala evening! Photo opportunities, autographs and interviews available during the event.

Tickets available online at www.windreachfarm.org
