Uxbridge Art on the Fringe Festival 2021

UXBRIDGE: Happily, the long-running Uxbridge Art on the Fringe Festival is returning this year.

Please join us at the Uxbridge Historical Centre, on September 18th and 19th, to experience the creativity of over 30 emerging and established local artists. Their work includes paintings, sculptures, ceramics, fibre arts, jewellery and more, a varied and engaging banquet of remarkable artistic productivity.

Thanks to COVID, the 2021 show format will be different from previous years. Most of the exhibits will be outside, to provide a safer environment for visitors and exhibitors. Health and safety protocols, in force at the time, will be posted and reinforced.

Browsing and shopping with the artists, guests can: Enjoy breakfast, lunch and snacks from the “Annina’s Food Temptation” food truck; Enjoy live music from a variety of local musicians; Enjoy the wonderful view high on a hill overlooking Uxbridge.

Visiting Art on the Fringe also includes access to the Uxbridge Historical Centre and its many interesting exhibits.

Parking is available in the Historical Centre lot, on Concession 6 south of the main building. Exhibits, parking and washrooms are all accessible.

The Uxbridge Art on the Fringe Festival is presented by Artists of Uxbridge, a local collective that creates, teaches, promotes and supports art in our community. New members at all levels are always welcome.
