This year is the 100th anniversary of the unveiling of the Sunderland Cenotaph by the Town Hall in 1922. The Sunderland Historical Society and the Royal Canadian Sunderland Legion are collecting pictures and information on the veterans listed on the cenotaph for Remembrance Day 2022. If you have any information on these veterans killed in WW I and WW II, please contact larrydoble@hotmail.com so that the material produced can be as correct as possible.
