Port Perry residents asked to conserve water

SCUGOG: The Regional Municipality of Durham is asking residents, using the Port Perry municipal water supply, to practise additional water conservation efforts, while the Works Department connects the recently installed watermain along Scugog Line 3.

The new watermain will improve the water supply for residents.

They should refrain from non-essential water use on Thursday, November 24th, from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Once the work is completed, residents may return to normal water conservation efforts. Unfavourable weather conditions may influence the work schedule.
