Nine cases in North Durham, Kawartha Lakes communities

NORTH DURHAM/KAWARTHA: There are a total of nine active COVID-19 cases in North Durham and Kawartha Lakes.

According to the Durham Region Health Department, Scugog has three active cases in home isolation as of press time. To date, Scugog has had 17 deaths and 398 resolved cases.

Uxbridge has four active cases in home isolation. Since the start of the pandemic, Uxbridge has had 26 deaths and 488 resolved cases. Brock Township continues to have zero active cases. To date, Brock has had three deaths and 196 resolved cases.

Meanwhile, according to the Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge District Health Unit, Kawartha Lakes has two unresolved/active cases, 1,275 resolved cases and 58 deaths.
