KAWARTHA LAKES: Music and community spirit will come together on Sunday, November 15th, as St. Paul’s Anglican Church in Lindsay welcomes the Kawartha Lakes Singers for a special afternoon concert in support of its Food Pantry.

Titled “Echoes of the Past – Songs of Remembrance and Songs We Remember,” the concert will begin at 2:30 p.m. at the church, located at 45 Russell Street West. The performance will feature the Kawartha Lakes Singers under the direction of Arlene Gray, accompanied by Gael Morrison.

The musical selections will span generations, with songs ranging from “For the Fallen” and “Dust in the Wind” to the Beatles’ classic “Yesterday.”

Proceeds from the concert will support the St. Paul’s Food Pantry, which continues to meet an ongoing need in the Lindsay community. The pantry regularly empties quickly, highlighting the importance of community support and donations.

Organizers are also welcoming non-perishable food donations from concertgoers, which can be dropped off at the door on the day of the performance.

Tickets are $25 and can be purchased through St. Paul’s Anglican Church, from choir members or at the door. The church building is accessible.

Residents are invited to enjoy an afternoon of beautiful music while helping support local families and individuals in need.
