Volunteer appreciation night for local theatre group

SCUGOG: On Tuesday, June 4th, the Port Perry Town Hall Theatre held its first Annual Volunteer Appreciation Dinner at the newly renovated Piano Cafe. The Town Hall Theatre Council wanted to express how grateful they are to have dedicated volunteers and highlighted how they truly value what they offer. "They offer so much during performances and help to make things run smoothly. We enjoy having volunteers and could not do it without them," commented Alissa Smith, Treasurer. Volunteers assist with special events and fundraisers, ushering and 'front of house' during concerts and band performances.
