Ten active cases in local communities

NORTH DURHAM/KAWARTHA: There are a total of 10 active COVID-19 cases in the North Durham and Kawartha Lakes communities.

According to the Durham Region Health Department, Uxbridge has three active cases in home isolation as of press time. To date, Uxbridge has had 26 deaths and 487 resolved cases.

Scugog has two active cases in home isolation. Since the start of the pandemic, Scugog has had 17 deaths and 396 resolved cases. Brock Township continues to have zero active cases. To date, Brock has had three deaths and 196 resolved cases.

Meanwhile, according to the Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge District Health Unit, Kawartha Lakes has five unresolved/active cases, 1,271 resolved cases and 58 deaths.
