Bring the whole family to the fairy tale corn maze Crusade on September 26th. This takes place from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. The address is 1070 Brock Concession Road 5, Sunderland. The farm is a 10-acre corn maze which offers a variety of family-friendly activities, including pedal carts, an elastic band shooting range, toddler playground slides, a sandbox, field games, and more. There will be rabbits and chickens that will be out to visit. There will be fresh kettle corn and our own maple syrup, honey, jam and of course, lots of pumpkins. The cost is $9 per person, with children under two years old free with an adult. The hours are Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from September 13th until October 31st.
Come out and enjoy the Bobcaygeon Fall Fair on Thursday, September 25th, through to September 27th. This will take place at the Bobcaygeon Fairgrounds, located at 47 Mansfield Street. The cost is $10 for a day pass. There will be a demolition derby, a tractor pull, interactive agriculture demonstrations, live entertainment, a talent show, a spelling bee, a dog show, a parade, vendors, a midway, a fair dance, and more! On Thursday, the Midway opens at 4 p.m. Saturday, the midway opens at 9 a.m. with a fair dance at the Bobcaygeon Community Center at 8 p.m.
