BROCK: The Regional Municipality of Durham is advising residents of a road closure, on Thorah Concession Road 5, in the Township of Brock.
The closure will run from from April 3rd to June 30th. The entire construction project is anticipated to be completed by mid-July. Unfavourable weather conditions may influence the work schedule.
Contractor, North Rock Group will be constructing a 300 millimetre PVC and 400 millimetre CPP Watermain, on Thorah Concession Road 5, from Cedar Beach Road to Murray Street, in the Township of Brock. The work will include micro-tunnelling under the Canadian National Railway tracks.
The Region realizes the work may be disruptive and will make every effort to complete the work as quickly and efficiently as possible. Drivers are asked to exercise caution, for the safety of pedestrians, cyclists and work crews.
