North Durham remains COVID-19 free

NORTH DURHAM/KAWARTHA: For the second week in a row, the North Durham communities of Scugog, Brock and Uxbridge all have zero active COVID-19 cases.

According to the Durham Region Health Department, Uxbridge has had 442 resolved cases and 26 deaths to date. Scugog has had 330 resolved cases and 17 deaths since the start of the pandemic. Brock Township has had 157 resolved cases and three deaths to date.

Meanwhile, the Haliburton, Kawartha Pine Ridge District Health Unit is reporting Kawartha Lakes has 27 unresolved cases, 1,042 resolved cases and one new death, bringing the total deaths to 58.
