Epsom & Utica news

November. The time of year when must of us are bagging leaves or mulching them when just a few short days ago they were being admired for their beauty. The beets, kale and some onions still are content in the garden but probably not for long.

This community was blessed to have Arlene Coates as a school teacher for many years. She too was gifted in music and took the students to the Sunderland Music Festival many times. Arlene has resided at Crescent Care Nursing Home, Lindsay for a few years. Arlene died on Thursday November 2 and visitation and service to celebrate her life will take place on Thursday November 9 at Thorne Funeral home, in Sunderland . Visitation from 1-2 with service at 2 p.m.

Some planned events ….. movie afternoon in the lower room at Epsom Church on Thursday November 16, at 1:30 p.m. and the 147th anniversary of Epsom church on Sunday November 19 ,coffee and breakfast finger food at 9:30 a.m., service at 10:30 a.m.

Hope you will share some photos of your time at Epsom through the years.
