SCUGOG: Mark your calendar and come join the fun, on Saturday, April 25th, as the Greenbank stage welcomes the adventurous musical spirit of Danny Michel. Doors open at 7 p.m. The show starts at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $35.
The Greenbank Folk Music Society offers some of the best folk music in Canada, in a cozy and intimate setting, which connects the audience with talented musicians and storytellers.
Danny is known for his thoughtful lyrics and charming performances which have earned him a devoted fan base and multiple awards and nominations, including CBC’s Heart of Gold Award and the Country Folk Music Award’s Producer of the Year. His latest album, Ghost Town, is a deeply personal and vulnerable collection of songs, born from the pandemic, showcasing his most introspective work to date.
The show will open with guitarist and songwriter Joshua Veens.
Greenbank Folk Music Society, will be hosted at the Greenbank Centennial Hall, in Greenbank, on Hwy 12, 30 minutes north of Whitby.
