Are you stiff, sore, and stressed? Five fun natural ways to reclaim your health. Wellness Workshop fundraiser, Saturday, October 3rd, from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Trinity United Church, 44 William Street, in Bobcaygeon. Cost is $40 per person; register on the sign-up sheet at the church.

The Eating Well for Seniors program will take place Thursday, October 8th, from 12 noon to 3:30 p.m., at 100 Head Street, in Bobcaygeon. This class will introduce nutrition and how to create nutritionally balanced meal plans and recipes for seniors. This is a Hands-On class: we will have a short instructional session, then prepare a simple recipe; once it's ready, we will sit together and enjoy what we made. Registration is required as space is limited. There is a $25 fee. To register, you must complete and submit the online registration form. Bring the whole family out to the Bobcaygeon Fall Fair October 1st to October 3rd, at 47 Mansfield Street. Our Agriculture Society is excited about this year's competitions, displays of homecraft and handcraft by local talents, music, entertainment, delicious food, animals, and a midway. Many dedicated volunteers take pride in making sure it's an experience to remember. We hope to see you there.
