Summer Art in the Park is free for ages 7 to 14. In Beaverton, this event will be hosted at Old Mill Park on July 10th and 31st; in Cannington, this event will be at the picnic shelter by the Arena on July 17th and August 14th. In Sunderland, this event will happen at the picnic shelter by the Sunderland Arena on July 24th and August 21st. The program runs from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. on the dates listed above. The Social is a weekly half-day social group for persons living with dementia. The social offers an exclusive and engaging space for participants to engage in meaningful activities which promote social connection. There will be trivia, cards, and board games, music and travel programs, arts and crafts, discussion and reminiscing, as well as group exercise. For more information or to register call 905-576-2567. This will occur in Cannington on Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Welcome back, summer! The Bobcaygeon Chamber of Commerce has come together to kick off the summer in style. The welcome back summer events are happening town-wide on Saturday, June 14th. The whole town is coming alive for a full day of non-stop excitement, family fun, live entertainment, local eats, and Community Spirit like never before. Whether you're a local or just visiting, there's something for everyone, and you won't want to miss a moment. There will be kids' entertainment and face painting for children. There will also be live music performances. All are welcome to participate in games, contests, and activities for all ages.
