The Blackstock Fair is coming up on Saturday, August 23rd. This fabulous one-day fair offers free admission, 4H shows (sheep, beef, goats, dogs), dairy and beef shows, inside exhibits, horse pulls beginning at noon, horse derby show at 11 a.m. on the track, saddle horse show, musical entertainment, food vendors, pedal tractor pull, and Kids' World. A $10 wristband allows children to play all day at the Bouncy Castles. In the evening, a Demolition Derby ($15 for adults, $5 for children) takes place, along with a beer tent. Music by the Brody Bell Band will conclude the evening. We are still seeking volunteers to assist with setup, takedown, and parking. Please contact Mary Meyer (mary_meyer@live.com) if interested.

Fair books are ready and can be picked up from the porch at 13931 Old Scugog Road, Blackstock.
