NORTH DURHAM: Big Brothers Big Sisters of North Durham, (BBBSND) are celebrating their 45th Anniversary of mentoring children & youth in the Scugog, Brock and Uxbridge area.
And what a great start to the celebrations by way of a very generous donation of $20,000.
The Compton’s have been a big supporter of Big Brothers Big Sisters of North Durham and have contributed $111,575 over the years to help support Mentoring programs such as In-School, Traditional and Group mentoring.
Kalen has been in the program and has many positive comments about the programs, and Alysa is currently in the Traditional program and meets virtually with her Big Sister during this time.
