A healthy holiday

Dear readers, I wanted to wish you a very happy holiday! I thought I’d take a moment and express my thank you to my loyal readers. I love sharing what I know, and I hope I’ve helped you in some small way.

Writers are taught to write what we know. What I know is each and every one of you deserves health and wellness in your life. There is no easy path, and it takes practice, patience and consistency to get it right. My goal is to encourage you to make educated choices about your health. You have the ability to take control and make better choices to improve your life.

My wish for each of you is to realize your own ability. Many people I work with struggle with major health concerns. If you struggle in your own life, the ability to improve it is in your two hands. Health is about making positive choices, leading to a better quality of life.

Small choices make all the difference and can positively affect you and those around you. Please don’t take your health for granted. Don’t wait for something bad to happen to start making changes. Making time for your health means making time for those around you.

You’re all capable of making positive change. Remember, this holiday season, the best gift you can give yourself is the gift of health! Make time to look after and nurture positivity in your life. I wish you the very best this holiday season and thank you for following “Movement for Life” for another year. It is always my absolute pleasure. I look forward to the year ahead.
