58-year-old man dead after a single-vehicle crash in Brock

BROCK: A 58-year-old man has died after his vehicle struck a tree, in Brock Township, on Monday, January 23rd.


The Durham Regional Police Service (DRPS) reportedly responded to a single-vehicle crash, near Lake Ridge Road and Ravenshoe Road, at 7:10 a.m.

“The lone male left the roadway, driving the vehicle into a ditch, and struck a tree. The driver was pronounced deceased at the scene by emergency services,” read a DRPS press release.

“Members of the DRPS Collision Investigation Unit attended the scene to conduct an investigation. The roads in the area were closed for several hours while evidence was collected.”
