SCUGOG: Scugog councillors will have one less meeting to go to this month. At a meeting on Monday, September 23rd, councillors voted in favour, of a motion to cancel their Monday, October 21st council meeting. Ward 3 Councillor Angus Ross made the motion, because the Federal election is being held that day. Ward 2 Councillor Janna Guido questioned if there was any deputations or time sensitive reports scheduled for that meeting. Clerk J.P. Newman responded, stating there were no delegations or deputations scheduled, and they had moved one item to a November meeting.
