EPSOM & UTICA by Faye Ashton

Wasn't that a party! Thank you, staff and students, of Port Perry High School, for bringing us back one more time to relive our time spent within the walls and to celebrate 150 years of learning within. I hope all the students appreciate the music program available to them because the alumni choir and alumni band at the opening ceremony was awesome in every way. Students are fortunate to be a part of this program.

The "shed" was alive at the Ashton Farm on Sunday's rainy afternoon for family and friends to help celebrate a combined birthday party for great-grandchildren, 3-year-old Feliks and 1-year-old Stella. Happy birthday Feliks and Stella; thanks for a fun time.

A church service is planned for Pine Grove Church on Sunday, May 21st, at 3 p.m. The talented musical group "Reflections" will lead in worship and offer their voices in harmony.

Take a journey to Pine Grove and visit this little ancestral church.

Join the congregation at Epsom United Church on May 14th at 10:30 a.m. as we celebrate Mother's Day. Rev. Edith Ann will bring the message, followed by fellowship time.
