What a blessing of warmth, 20 degrees on Sunday, raising our hope that soon Spring will deliver all that’s promised. The report of rain today will bring new life to the earth. Having just celebrated Earth Day, I still become annoyed at all the litter thrown along the roadside. Have we not learned anything yet?
Our hearts are saddened to report the passing of Al Vivian of Scugog Island. Our sincere sympathy to his wife Pam, daughters Allison (Rob Ashton) and Sheryl and sons Tim and Wade. What a treasure of memories he left for all. You are welcomed to church at 10 a.m. this Sunday, May 1st, with Rev. Edith Ann presiding and again on May 8th, Christian Family Sunday.
