UXBRIDGE: The Regional Municipality of Durham, Works Department advises residents that Concession Road 7 (Regional Road 1) in Uxbridge, will be closed north of Sandford Road, from January 8th to January 22nd. The area affected is Concession Road 7, from Sanford Road to 400 metres north of Sanford Road, in the Township of Uxbridge. The work is being undertaken to safely and efficiently replace a culvert. Unfavorable weather may influence the work schedule. The Region realizes that the work is disruptive and will make every effort to complete the work as quickly and efficiently as possible. Drivers are asked to exercise caution for the safety of pedestrians, cyclists and the work crews.
