BROCK: A 29-year-old Beaverton man was arrested, for an indecent incident, in Oshawa last month.

According to the Durham Regional Police Service (DRPS), on Friday, October 7th, at about 5 p.m., “A group of young females were outside, near Wecker Drive and Madawaska Avenue, when a male in a black sedan pulled up beside them and committed an indecent act.”
The press release went on to state, “The young girls ran away and told a neighbour. The police were notified after the incident occurred and have been able to locate and charge the accused.”
Matthew Rooney-Forgues has been charged with six counts of Indecent Exposure to a Person under 16. He was later released on an undertaking.
Last month, Mr. Rooney-Forgues was charged by the Ontario Provincial Police with four counts of criminal harassment, after allegedly following a young person in his car on a trail in Orillia.
