Have you opted out of in-person classes for your child(ren) and will they be participating in online classes? Would you like your child to have extra support and a positive role model throughout the day? Big Brothers Big Sisters of North Durham is offering a Virtual Mentoring Program. During the once a week virtual visit for 45 minutes your child will have fun, as our Mentor supports them through this pandemic, by planning activities based on your childs’ interests. This will help to build a positive friendship over the time of their match. These activities are a tool to help your child increase their self-esteem, self-confidence and learn new skills. The visits will take place over Zoom or Google Meet and will be confidential.
