Community Celebrating Community is the theme for Port Perry’s 150th Anniversary. The past year has been and still is a challenge for us all. Residents and businesses banded together to support each other and their strength and resilience will continue to keep Port Perry a thriving town. Community wasn’t cancelled because of Covid – 19, we just learned to do things differently. The plans to celebrate this sesquicentennial birthday throughout the year will look different from past celebrations. Although planned through a Covid – 19 lens, the events are expected to showcase our town, reflecting our history and appreciating all the unique things Port Perry has to offer.
