Hope all the dads out there had a great Father’s day and enjoyed the beautiful day we had Sunday with family.
Pontypool youth baseball will be run this year. Sign up this Thursday, June 24th, at Nimigon Park from 6 p.m .to 8 p.m.
Now that it’s warmer out, more turtles are out around the Pontypool pond. So please watch out for them. If you see one on the road, help it cross the road in the direction they were travelling.
It is sad to hear a local family of four in Bethany has lost their house in a fire. Both children go to our local school; mom is a stay-at-home mom with MS and can’t work. Dad is trying his best to get through this tragedy. There is a gofundme account set up for the family at https://gofund.me/89f8f3f7.
They also need clothing; Girl size 6, Boy size 10, Women size small, and Men size xl – 2xl.
