Greenbank News The Greenbank & District Lions are holding a scrap metal collection at the Greenbank Centennial Hall on October 23rd from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. All profits from this event will be donated to the Port Perry Hospital for the new CT Scanner Project. For more information, call 905-985-3723. Thank you so much for being so supportive of the Lion fall fertilizer sales. Profits help benefit local activities such as Hunger, Diabetes, Childhood Cancer and support Vision and Environmental Projects.

The mailboxes at the Greenbank Hall will be moved back to the Ianson Park location in November.

Park benches have been donated in memory of Mogens Galberg by the Galberg family and memory of Rodd Foster by the Greenbank Gamblers Association.

Sunderland News The Sunderland Historical Society has created a historical walking tour for downtown Sunderland. A tour guide pamphlets are located at the Museum’s white dropbox, at 14 Church Street North, to direct you to numerous sites, using the GPS on your cell phone.
