COVID-19 cases continue decreasing trend in North Durham, Kawartha Lakes

NORTH DURHAM/KAWARTHA: Local communities in Durham Region and Kawartha Lakes continue to see decreasing active COVID-19 case numbers.

According to the Durham Region Health Department, Uxbridge has 31 active cases as of press time. To date, Uxbridge has had 27 deaths and 970 resolved cases.

Scugog has 35 active cases. Since the start of the pandemic, Scugog has had 18 deaths and 839 resolved cases.

Brock Township has 39 active cases. To date, Brock has had four deaths and 453 resolved cases.

Meanwhile, according to the Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge District Health Unit, Kawartha Lakes has 289 unresolved/active cases, 2,715 resolved cases and 66 deaths.
