Caviar and Cobwebs back in business

SCUGOG: Caviar and Cobwebs, a local business that has been in Port Perry 28 years. Frankie and Dylan bought the store on February 1st, 2021. The store officially opened last week, on March 1st.

“It would have been a shame to watch it disappear, so I thought it would be nice to keep the shop in town,” explained Frankie The store has also changed locations. Caviar and Cobwebs was previously located at 255 Queen Street, Port Perry, on the left side of Herrington’s Quality Butcher. The antique shop and jewellery store now stands at 119 unit 5 Perry Street, across from the Old Flame Brewery (on Mary st).

In addition to antiques and collectibles. Caviar and Cobwebs is also buying and selling a wide variety of vintage sterling silver, antique and vintage gold jewelry.

Before Caviar and Cobwebs was taken under new management, local estate jeweller, Frankie had a showcase displayed at the back at the old location. He and Dylan bought Caviar and Cobwebs because he thought it was a great opportunity to buy retail space and keep Caviar in town.

Dylan went to Port Perry High, and the two grew up in Cannington where they met.

Frankie and Dylan said they’re happy and excited to keep Caviar and Cobwebs in town and hope the community welcomes them for many years to come.
