Active cases remain a constant in Kawartha Lakes, Durham

NORTH DURHAM/KAWARTHA: The Durham Region and Kawartha Lakes health units are continuing to report new active case numbers.

According to the Durham Regional Health Department, Scugog has six active cases listed in home isolation, as of press time. To date, Scugog has had 16 deaths and 189 resolved cases.

Uxbridge has ten active cases, all in-home isolation. Since the start of the pandemic, Uxbridge has had 24 deaths and 236 resolved cases. Brock Township has two active cases, one in-home isolation and one person in a hospital. Brock has had 66 resolved cases. Meanwhile, the Haliburton, Kawartha Pine Ridge District Health Unit reports Kawartha Lakes has 12 unresolved cases, 525 resolved cases and 55 deaths.
