I have a statement to make to Justin Trudeau. You're not a very good magician! We can totally see your hands move!
Your campaigning in Inuktitut, promising all kinds of benefits, to a people who were politically inexperienced in a new territory and desperate for help, in exchange for votes, and then not delivering nearly what was promised after getting those votes, is your mistake. We see your hands.
Promising all kinds of monies, to help students with financial relief, in order to sucker these new inexperienced voters to vote for you, and then not coming through any where near the level promised. We see your hands.
Funding thousands of refugees and immigrants to enter Canada, swearing them in as citizens at a remarkable speed, to garner indebted votes from inexperienced new Canadians, is your mistake. It's sad that a disenfranchised and disparate people would be taken advantage of by your maneuvering in this way. Some Liberal freedom! That's not freedom to live as we desire, but an effort to buy people's responses, which is simply a new kind of control. That is if they don't learn to see your hands move. Intelligent Canadians do. This attempt to manipulate people is like the trespass in Witchcraft! This is not to mention your trips to the Mosque in order to control the Islamic vote. Dude! They've had enough of control from others! This is also to distract Islamic voters from your effort to force people to sign an allegiance of values just to get summer work. I think some peoples values are NOT for sale! We see your hands move!
As I understand it, freedom is being able to live the life we choose, as long as it doesn't harm the life of others. Freedom of speech is emotional exercise, just like any other kind, it helps us grow and get stronger. It involves hearing of another's freedom of speech as well. This infers that Canadians grow and develop, as citizens, to understand and appreciate the differences of perspectives others live from. But in NO way does it infer that those perspectives must be enforced in the lives of those who hold things differently. That is the other's choice to embrace or tolerate, NOT dictate! Changes you made before Christmas of 2017 to the entrance requirements of this 'Student Employment Program' requires students and employers to sign the declaration of agreement with the values written in it, before they can take advantage of the financial benefits of the program. This is holding taxpayers money hostage. Many taxpayers had, and have no intention of their taxes to be used to manipulate others against their beliefs.
This is a betrayal of public trust and the societal values we hold as a tolerant and embracing society. Our heritage and Canadian structure is based on growing open to others, along with the healthy provocation coming from differences. This includes, according to the entire Country's values, written in our Charter of Rights and Freedoms, those who are allowed to freely choose more Judeo-Christian, Fundamental Catholic, and Islamic values as well, regarding alternate lifestyles.
Every Canadian should be protected, should be valued, should be loved, but this comes at the personal level as Canadians, it cannot be forced. Get a little patience, Justin Trudeau and cohorts. We see your hands, and if they cause harm to the rest of Canadians, who may not agree with the values espoused in this, erroneously called Student Employment program documentation, then you should stop and rethink if you really do have your finger on the pulse of the Canadian society after all. It may be, your hands are on the throats of our much larger society instead, and we see your hands. Are they going to be covered with the blood of offence or the touch of understanding.
