KAWARTHAS: The Lindsay Muskies failed in their bid to make it two wins in a row, as they fell to the division leading Aurora Tigers, by a score of 3-0 Saturday night.
The Tigers picked up a goal in each period, en route to the win.
In the first, it was Anthony Romano scoring at 2:53, from Christopher Giroday and Tyler Davis.
In the second frame, it was the same line 12:47, when Giroday scored, from Davis and Romano, then at 10:41, of the third it was Jason Stachelbeck, from Bryce Martin and Eli Gordon.
Jack Irvine made 31 saves for the shutout, while Tyler Richardson made 45 saves in the Lindsay goal.
The Muskies next action is Thursday night, when they head to Newmarket.
