Greenbank Public School is celebrating Bully Prevention Week, this week. They are accepting donations of small, good items; e.g. mugs, serviettes, vases etc., for their pre-Christmas sale at the gymnasium.
Christmas Store on December 20th, where the children may purchase gifts, all for $2 each.
Greenbank Lions is sponsoring the November 29th, HSP (Healthy Snack Program) lunch.
Volleyball for both girls and boys teams is ongoing.

A special night of music featuring Bach's Christmas Oratorio, with Cantorei sine Nomine and orchestra, and conductor Stuart Beaudoin, will be performed on Saturday, November 25th, at 7 p.m. It is being held at St. Paul's Anglican Church, Uxbridge.

Deepest sympathy to the family and friends of John Bruce who passed away on November 20th, at Markham Stouffville Hospital. There is no visitation prior to his funeral at Low & Low Port Perry, on Friday, November 24th, at 11:00 a.m. A reception will follow.
Sunday's service included Pauline Reed's M&S talk on the work of Chaplains in hospitals and student residences, 39 of which are in Canada's hospitals. Service due to less M&S givings are leading to cut backs of this spiritual care.
Rev. Richard's message to younger and older was titled, “How are you doing?” For children their answers were health related, while spiritual health and body health are both needed. Do we use our God given gifts?
November 26th, 'tis the season! Everyone is invited to the annual Pinedale Community Carol Sing, at Pinedale Church, at 7 p.m. There will be carols, entertainment, reflections of years past, and refreshments for all. Free will offering will be held to support Pinedale Cemetery.
Greenbank Blacklight Puppeteers are performing three concerts at Greenbank Church. They will be held on December 1st, at 7 p.m.; December 3rd, at 6:30 p.m.; and December 8th, at 7 p.m. The December 8th presentation will also be part of the Sunday School Christmas Concert.
