Greeters on the 3rd Advent Sunday were Steve and Cheryl Quantrill. The “Candle of Joy” lighting was done by Marcia and Rev. Richard Parker. The Sunday School children sang two Christmas Carols and “We Wish You a Merry Christmas”. The Senior Choir's anthem “O Come O Come Emmanuel” was beautiful. The Children sang so well, as they did at their concert. The Sunday School will not have classes until the New Year, January 7th. Their teachers Leslie, Holly and Janice are thanked for their leadership and time given. Happy Birthday was sung to three year old Madeline Martens.
The Christmas Music Concert “Magnificat”, December 17th, showed the commitment and love of music by our Senior Choir, their leader Stu Beaudoin, and the guest singers and orchestra. It was so professionally performed. Music continues to be a strong part of ministry in the church and community.
