Blackstock & District Lions Club: We have had a very busy week. First, we hosted the Lions from Region 33, for club officer training, on Monday. With our new Lions year starting on July 1st, it's imperative that the new presidents, vice presidents, treasurers, secretaries and membership chairpersons be updated with the current responsibilities in their role. Second, clubs in the area came to discuss 'Club Forward', a programme designed to help us with recruitment and retention of members. And finally, some of us are involved in a membership webinar today that has participants from all over North America taking part. It is a very busy time, but a rewarding one. The members of our club congratulate the Port Perry Lions in their efforts to rejuvenate their membership, and wish them well for their celebration on May 22nd.
