Epsom & Utica news

by Faye Ashton

We are inching closer to the most wonderful time of year, Christmas. The weather has been unpredictable, up and down but nothing severely cold for this time of year. The homes have become beautifully decorated on our road and I’m sure on most other roads in this township.

Can you imagine living in Gaza and Israel right now. It breaks one’s heart

We are wishing improved health for all our friends with health issues. This time of year usually see our little ones with colds which they share with their parents and grandparent.

They say “no news is good news” so I’m rambling. Come and join in movie afternoon at Epsom United Church, on Thursday, 1:30 p.m., coffee and treats too. Church on the third Sunday of Advent is “Love” as the main theme. You are welcome to join us at Epsom United Church at 10:30 a.m. The Christmas Eve/Winter Solstice Service will be celebrated at Epsom United Church, on Thursday December 21st, at 6:30pm. Come and join in the Carol singing and experience the birth of the baby Jesus in our lives. Christmas Eve morning, December 24th, will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m., at Epsom United Church with Rev. Edith Ann bringing the message. Fellowship to follow.

Don’t miss seeing the Fantasy of lights in Elgin Park Uxbridge, all through the month of December.
