UXBRIDGE: Police arrested two teenagers on Thursday, June 9 for multiple vehicle entries in the Township.
Officers in North Division arrested a 17-year-old male and a 16-year-old female at an Uxbridge residence. The teens were in possession of items that had been stolen the night before from motor vehicles in the area of St. Johns CT. The two individuals are facing two counts of theft under $5,000 and two counts of possession of stolen property.
They were originally released on an Undertaking with conditions , but were arrested again on Friday, June 10 for breaching the conditions and were further charged with Possession of a Schedule 1 substance. Neither of them can be identified by name under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
Police want to ensure there are no other victims, but believe that additional entries occurred that may have not been reported to police. Officers are asking the public to contact them if their vehicle was entered over the past couple nights in Uxbridge.

Police remind residents to remove valuables from their vehicles and keep their car doors locked at all times. Anyone who observes suspicious activity on private property, such as people looking into cars in driveways, should call 911 immediately.
