As someone who spends her days working with those who struggle with various health issues, I encourage you not to take yours for granted. It’s really the simple things in life I’ve come to appreciate, because some cannot do these things for themselves. Good health is not something everyone is blessed with. It allows you to spend more time doing what you love with those you love.
Making steps towards a healthy life takes time and commitment, to treat yourself well. If you’ve been thinking about doing it, all I can do is encourage you to do so. Whether you’re in chronic pain, wanting to feel better or managing a health issue please remember you’re not alone. We have spent time with those battling cancer, COPD, dementia and Parkinson’s Disease. Those, who’d otherwise not have a chance to feel well have made the effort and succeeded.
The only thing I can really do is use my words to reach you. I will continue to do so, because YOU the reader are worth the effort to try. I look at health as having a ripple effect. I’ve seen it countless times over the years. It really takes one person to make the choice, and from there it reaches others. I believe everyone has the ability to be an inspiration for others. It all starts with you.
